Lenda Lens - Terms and Conditions

In addition to the detailed terms and conditions contained within the rental contract, the following prerequisites apply when renting equipment through Lenda Lens.

- Hirer must be over 18 years of age.

- Hirer must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

- Student or short-term visa holders are NOT eligible.

- Lenda Lens reserves the right to require additional identification prior to hire approval.

- Full payment of the rental amount and all applicable security deposits are required prior to equipment being released to the hirer.

- Lenda Lens reserves the right to refuse rental to any customer at any time.

- Should any of the above conditions not be met, Lenda Lens will not supply goods on contract.

Upon postage of the equipment, a contract will be signed. A security holding deposit will be held against your account. Once the items are returned in good, working order, your security holding deposit will be lifted. Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions will result in the security holding deposit being forfeited.

If this camera is repairable, your security deposit will be forfeited. If this camera is beyond repair, you will be charged the full replacement value of the camera.

If the camera experiences an internal malfunction, we will inspect it upon return. If it's determined to be a non-user internal fault, you will receive a full refund for the days the camera was rented up to 7 days.

When you select the "Additional Service" checkbox at checkout, you will receive Australia Post Express Post for both the delivery and return of your 35mm film camera rental. This ensures fast, secure shipping with tracking and reliable service throughout Australia. A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the camera.

A return label will be included with your rental, making it easy to send the camera back once your rental period is complete. Simply drop off the parcel at your nearest Australia Post office. This service allows Lenda Lens to offer seamless, nationwide shipping and returns for all our cameras.

At Lenda Lens, we focus on providing high-quality 35mm film camera rentals, allowing our customers to capture memories with ease. While we specialize in camera rentals, we do not offer film development services. This allows us to focus on what we do best—providing top-tier equipment for your photography needs. We encourage customers to use their preferred local or online film development services to process their photos after the rental period.
